- Perform level 1 analysis
- Implementation of PoC
- Analyze the logs and carry out the necessary investigations
- Implement correlation rules related to the client's activity
- Follow the progress of tickets / incidents
- Customer support
- Carry out reports.
- Participate in the improvement and development of procedural manuals and documentation.
