YesWeHack is looking for a Financial Officer

We provide a disruptive approach to cyber security through Bug Bounty, by connecting more than 19,000 ethical hackers worldwide with organizations to secure their assets the agile way.
Growing rapidly, we are strengthening our teams with passionate people and are now looking for a Financial Officer with a permanent contract.
Reporting to the COO, you will work in relation with our accounting partners in France, Switzerland and Singapore, the statutory auditors and in close collaboration with all departments. You will be in charge of the following main missions :
Management of General Accounting, Suppliers and Customers:
- Supervise the entry, checking and lettering of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Carry out bank transfers (payroll, suppliers, treasury, etc.).
- Check the VAT entries.
- Control collections and follow up on trade receivables.
- Manage inter-company invoicing and verify the reciprocity of accounts.
- Reviewing the accounts of Group companies (periodic closings), participating in the improvement of the quality of financial information.
Cash flow monitoring :
- Edit the monthly cash flow reporting
- Establish cash flow forecasts, monitor customer credit and late payments.
Accounting information system :
- Assist the project manager in the implementation of the new finance software NetSuite.
- Participate in the accounting migration process
- Co-write accounting processes
Profile sought :
- With a 4/5 years of higher education, such as a business school or university with an Accounting or Management Control option, you have a first experience of 3/4 years in an auditing firm or equivalent position.
- You know and master the NetSuite software or equivalent.
- Very good communicator, you understand and adapt quickly.
- Autonomous, you like to manage your projects, you like teamwork and know how to communicate remotely (France - Europe - Singapore).
- Reactive, organized, rigorous, versatile, with an increased sense of priorities.
- Operational and result-oriented.
- You like to take up challenges and follow through on your commitments.
- You are proactive, have a sense of responsibility and organization, are proactive, rigorous and methodical.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
