The Security Network Engineer will be the manager of the Network and Security Manager of our Large Account Customer and will be responsible for maintaining the WAN, LAN and Security environments in operational condition.
As such, the missions will be to:
Ensure network technical troubleshooting
Ensure technical operation in compliance with safety standards, methods and rules.
Analyzes, diagnoses, resolves or escalates incidents and requests according to priorities.
Open and track incident tickets with operators and maintainers.
Participate in the drafting of documentation: architecture diagrams and operating procedures.
Proactively drive the evolution of operating products and releases by offering major/minor system updates
Participate in the implementation of current projects within the security network structure
You have a good analytical mind and are able to adapt to new technologies with their particularities and challenges.
You know the LAN, VLAN, WAN architectures and have ideally practiced on Firewall (Fortigate, Palo Alto) and Remote Access (F5) environments in your first experiments.
