Started in 2012, Budget Insight was co-founded by Clément Coeurdeuil (Centrale Paris engineer) and Romain Bignon (self-taught developer and weboob creator) and it employs 40 people. We started as a BtoC company with our personal finance management app Budgea to connect bank accounts. Budget Insight is now providing its banking and bills agregation API for more than 140 partners (french leader), including banks, insurers, private banks, fintechs, accountants and software editors. Budget Insight's goal is to give back to the end-user their financial data (transactions, bills, savings) in a simple, efficient and digital way.
