This role is based in any Micro Focus France Office Location
Job Objectives
- Analyze complex customer environment, business and technological requirements
- Conception and design of solutions based on Micro Focus products and services, including targeted sales support
- Oversee and assure quality of designed solution
Primary tasks and responsibilities
- Support account managers in all complex solution selling phases (presentations, demos, workshops etc.), highlighting the pros and for selling the identified solution
- Analyze complex customer needs and identify the most efficient and effective Micro Focus solution
- Define the requirements for the necessary solution elements
- Present, discussion, sustain the solution with the customer
- Prepare the business case to support the proposed solution
- Interface with subject matter experts within the company to validate the solution
- Know-how transfer to involved resources as required
- Interface with delivery partners as required
- Ensuring compliance with global internal processes and standards
- Act as Tem Leader for the Security business in Gallia (France, belgium, Luxembourg)
General requirements
- Understand capabilities of Micro Focus Security Solutions portfolio products, related technologies and service capabilities of Micro Focus and their partners
- Ability to sustain a discussion at C-level
- Proven success in complex solution design, mainly in Identity-Access-Security environment
- Creativity in engineering complex and ambitious customer solutions
- Solid software engineering background, Computer Sciences University degree or equivalent
- Ability and willingness to self-educate and to share acquired knowledge with the team
- Good team-player, including working with distributed teams
- Good communication abilities and experience creating presentations, documentation, and other assets
- Leadership capabilities
- Speaker capabilities able to achieve large audience presentation
- Fluent in spoken and written French and English
- Willingness to travel
Specific requirements
- >10 years of experience with Security domain and architectural software design
- Previous experience as a Lead/Principle/Solution Architect
- High level of expertise in Identity management, access management, advanced authentication
- Functional subject matter expert around
- Market trend knowledge: SaaS, IoT, …
