You will operate in a very diverse field, as our PRTG Network Monitor can be used for more than just network monitoring, e.g. monitoring of virtual environments, servers, storage systems or even applications. Due to PRTG’s ability to adapt to each customer’s need individually, you will get to test and expand your technical knowledge daily.
Your Tasks
- You answer technical customer questions - mainly in written form
- You give remote product demonstrations to our customers
- You attend exhibitions, conferences and partner events for Paessler
- You give webinars for people interested in PRTG or new customers
- You answer the technical part of tenders
- You are the intersection of our IT and Sales departments
- You work on the creation of new and creative ways to empower our customers
Your Profile
- After finishing a degree or an apprenticeship in Information Systems / Information Technology / Engineering, you gained professional experience within a technical or sales department
- You are skilled in information technology, network technology and software solutions
- You fulfill the following language requirements: fluent in written and spoken English, advanced in German and ideally an additional language
- You are a highly communicative person and you know how to win over IT and Network Administrators, as well as CTOs and CIOs of small and medium businesses
- You value customer satisfaction, especially since our customers highly appreciate our customer centric approach, product quality and service
