In strong growth, we are looking to integrate within our team a People & Talent Partner F/H in order to contribute to the advancement of the objectives of our HR and recruitment department.
Within the HR team, your missions will be as follows:
- You will participate in the writing, distribution, management of advertisements and follow their renewals,
- Recruitment throughout the entire process (pre-qualifications, interviews, reports, follow-up of candidate files),
- Implementation of a recruitment strategy adapted to the profiles to be recruited (activation of adapted levers such as: advertisements, CV libraries, direct approach, network...),
- Participation in the forums of our partner schools,
- Weekly reporting.
Profile
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in the IT recruitment field or in a recruitment agency. You ideally have a first experience in sourcing candidates (direct approach in particular), in school relations and in conducting interviews.
- You want to move towards corporate recruitment while keeping the notion of "internal" customer service.
- You are a team player and a good communicator, you know how to build privileged and trusting relationships with candidates, employees and managers.
- You are a rigorous, autonomous and proactive person with strong capacities of adaptation and agility. You have a certain ease in human relations, pugnacity and reactivity
