Job description
Reporting to the Digital Confidence Mission, the team of architects (4 employees) is responsible for the technical consistency and sustainability of the Social Ministries' IS 600 servers in 2 data centers - 30,000 users) in an environment that is gradually evolving towards Cloud infrastructures and services (mixed hosting: data center and cloud) while ensuring the optimization of resources, performance and costs
Your role will revolve around 5 components:
Design
- Define the technical foundation (Technical Coherence Framework) that meets the requirements of the urbanization plan
- Define and validate the technical architecture and associated rules while ensuring consistency between hardware, applications, operating systems, networks, etc.
Administration
- Design and implement technical standards in relation with all technical experts
- Manage the IS repository in terms of: tools, procedures, standards, vocabulary, security
- Carry out and maintain the technical mapping of the IS
- Configure and size the platforms according to the required performances
- Industrialize architectures and configure equipment
- Define access to resources via APIs
- Implement and monitor the rights management system for the various users and ensure access security
- Manage relations with service providers
Management of infrastructure projects
- Analyze needs and participate in impact studies of new solutions/new technologies
- Recommend technical choices to ensure consistency, sustainability and interoperability with the existing environment and adapted to a Cloud hosting
- Participation in the mock-up of the solution
- Define the technical integration procedures
- Ensure compliance with the standards and processes defined in the technical master plan
- Develop test procedures to evaluate performance, security, compatibility and reliability
- Participate in the technical validation phases during production launches or upgrades
Monitoring and improving processes
- Implement procedures and monitoring tools to ensure high availability of infrastructure
- Contribute to the definition and collection of indicators (PKI) to monitor the quality of service and security
- Carry out the audit of IT infrastructures
- Recommend solutions to optimize the IS
Awareness, support and monitoring
- Act as an expert for the teams and manage the N3 support of the deployed architecture
- Carry out a permanent technological watch and share this knowledge
- Promote the technical architecture to all teams
Main internal and external partners : All DNUM structures, all social ministry departments, DINUM
Profile required
With an engineering degree specialized in computer science or equivalent, you have at least 10 years of experience in information systems, including at least 5 years in the field of operating systems and database infrastructure.
Knowledge
- Very good knowledge of Hybrid and Cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Google CE)
- Methodology and architecture approach (TOGAF)
- Very good knowledge of database services (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server)
- Knowledge of network and telecom administration
- Knowledge of containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes, Service Fabric...)
Know-how
- Perfect mastery of infrastructures :
- Hardware : SAN, NAS, Backup,
- Networks: LAN, WAN, MAN as well as RP and FW
- Virtualization: VMware
- Perfect mastery of operating systems:
- Expertise on Centos OS (70%) and Windows (30%)
- LDAP / AD directories
- Development: mastery of a scripting language for Centos / Microsoft
- Technology watch
- Design and definition of an architecture
- Analytical skills to find the fastest and most suitable solution and synthesis
- Ability to work in agile mode
